Rockwool panels as interior walls
Rockwool wall panels on this site are interior partition walls for cleanrooms. They divide production, laboratory and food preparation areas, and they are specified by area: each wall run gets its own route, thickness, density and joint. The handmade route suits wall runs that need stronger load-bearing behaviour, pre-formed openings or conduit routes. The machine-made route suits long straight wall runs where a tongue-and-groove joint gives fast, consistent jointing. Both routes use the same density range, 60–120 kg/m³, and both are limited here to interior use.
What this page does not cover
This page does not present rockwool panels as exterior wall cladding or roof panels. The company materials used for this site support interior wall and ceiling use, and this site stays inside that support. A wall schedule that includes an exterior or roof element needs a separate product check and should not be assumed to be covered by an interior wall panel.
For ceiling use, see the rockwool ceiling applications page. For the joint systems, see the joint installation page. Before ordering, confirm the minimum order quantity and the lead time in your inquiry.
