Ceilings as a separate schedule
A cleanroom ceiling is not a wall turned sideways. It must close the room from above, carry its own weight between supports, and accommodate lights, air outlets and service penetrations in a planned layout. On this site, rockwool panels are presented for cleanroom ceilings in both routes: handmade panels for ceilings that need pre-formed openings or stronger load-bearing behaviour, and machine-made panels for straight ceiling runs with a tongue-and-groove joint. Each ceiling area gets its own line on the schedule, with its own thickness, density and joint, separate from the walls below it.
What to list for a ceiling inquiry
List the ceiling area, the support arrangement in general terms, the openings required for lights and air outlets, and any service penetrations, without assuming a fitting specification that this site does not give. Ceiling fittings and suspension details belong to a separate scope and must be confirmed for the exact ceiling variant in the inquiry. Before ordering, confirm the minimum order quantity and the lead time in your inquiry, and before payment confirm the ceiling variant, thickness, density and joint type in writing.
