Interior partition walls, area by area
A cleanroom interior wall is specified area by area. A production wall, a laboratory partition and a food preparation wall can sit in the same building and still need different thicknesses, joints or densities, because their rooms differ. The handmade route suits wall runs with openings, conduit routes or stronger load-bearing needs. The machine-made route suits long straight partitions where a tongue-and-groove joint gives a uniform wall face. In both cases, the wall schedule should list each run separately, with its route, thickness, density, joint, colour and openings, so the variant can be checked before ordering.
Wall details to list with the schedule
List door openings, observation windows, pipe penetrations and equipment openings for each wall run, because the joint and the panel layout around an opening matter as much as the straight wall. State the cleaning regime for the wall face in practical terms, and state any fire or sound requirement for that specific wall, with the documentation required. Before ordering, confirm the minimum order quantity and the lead time in your inquiry.
